Markhams will provide a comprehensive report on any property to your specification. All work is carried out by Markhams fully trained staff, no work is outsourced to third party companies.

All reports are sent via email in a PDF format and within 4 working days of the completed appointment, bound copies can be provided at a charge of £5.00 per copy.
